noveltyidsmaker.com provides custom-made novelty and display products produced strictly according to customer-submitted specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are subject to the following return and refund conditions.

Custom-Made Product Notice

All products sold on noveltyidsmaker.com are customized on demand. Once an order has been confirmed and production has begun, the product cannot be resold, reused, or modified for another customer.

For this reason, returns, exchanges, and refunds are strictly limited.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds or returns will not be issued under the following circumstances:

lIncorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information submitted by the customer

lDesign approval already granted by the customer
